Mary Kay is an energetic leader who specializes in the development of fiscal resources.  Dedicated to building strong communities, she has served as an educator, motivator, and initiative leader mobilizing fund and program development efforts and cultivating funding and resource sharing relationships with universities, private individuals and organizations at agency, state-wide, national, and international levels. Mary Kay has secured over $6 million of funds needed to implement and build capacity for education and social justice programs for government and 501c3 not-for profit agencies/organizations. Mary Kay specializes in Criminal Justice Policy; Organizational, Team and Pro­gram Development; Training; and Group Facilitation and provided these services as a con­sultant to CFSS from 2012 until April 2015 when she became Director of Revitalization Services. In this position, she focuses on development of resources and services to help individuals realize their full potential and engage their power within. She has over 20 years of experience in the justice fields with extensive leadership, administrative, development, and public relations experience. An energetic leader, she developed, led and marketed the largest state cabinet agency’s Reentry Initiative. Mary Kay offers ample experience at the direct service, management, exec­utive and policy levels. She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Mary Kay provided CFSS with Criminal Justice Policy; Organizational, Team and Program Development; Training; and Group Facilitation services as a consultant to CFSS from 2012 until April 2015 when she became Director of Revitalization Services. Andrew Schiesl, Quality Assurance Specialist

Andrew initially volunteered within the Marketing and Communication Department of CFSS before joining the team full-time in 2014. He currently is part of the Quality Assurance Team where he provides oversight to all CFSS programming. Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with his BA in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice.
